There's a difference between crafted and enhanced

Enhanced weapons only get the benefits of enhanced perks without being able to be modified in any way at the enclave
The only exception is raid adepts, where you can modify their 1st and 2nd column perk (barrel and mag)
But that's it
If the weapon has a square in the left corner it's crafted, if the square is rotated by 90 degree then it's enhanced
