so ive been looking through everything to see if i can find the quest for it i had a friend do the encore mission with me to see if anything would show up but nope i cant talk to failsafe i own the annual pass idk how im supposed to get this wepaon any help please

It took a few hours and I was able to finally get the act 2 questline triggered. Had to complete the Revenant into quest and then it triggered but I am almost done with the campaign

i got the quest triggered it has echoes in the name and it had me talk to failsafe in the helm a friend of mine told me this leads to it so we shall see
