Bane progress for the guardian rank

I’ve been doing gms and killing banes, and they haven’t been giving any progress, I’ve been 4/10 for the last 5 hours, is there a gimic or something that I’m missing? . And is there a quick to way farm them then?

I think it’s bugged so it only works in seasonal activities. Load up expert court of blades and there will be a bane at the start you can kill and just keep doing that till you’re done. If it’s the shock bane you can kill him and the bane will transfer over to another ad so you can farm a bunch

Try tomb of elders, I've seen 5+ banes per encounter and a very good chance of banes

Load in to court of blades expert There is a bane that spawns right at start you can keep reloading for.

If its arc bane, only kill the bane cause it transfers to another ad that you can kill and get progress for each one

If its a wizard bane, check to see if progress get progress for them as they weren't last week not sure if its been fixed for them to give any

Yes if I wanted banes I’d go to those but I need them in nightfalls as per the rank triuphm challenge thingy

If you need those for rank 7 progression, don't bother. Just finish other items and you'll rank up
