Bought annual pass final shape but cannot find echoes quest for choir of one

There is no quest in my questlog for the meteoric mission and there is nothing in failsafe.

Anyone know?

Before you can do echoes I think you have to do the first mission of Revenant because it's bugged. At least that was the case a bit ago.
