#Need help getting better at the game

I have friends who play d2 but I feel like I’m being left out same out with my man but turns out that my build sucks and having trouble to understand. so I wanna find somebody who can teach me or give me advice on how to get better. I tried as well yt and I have trouble understanding on what to do.
I can’t understand like destiny 2 terms when ppl say gm and found out it’s grandmaster 😭
I’m a titan and I’m using arc for now but I want a prismatic build.
Consecration, knockout, frenzied blade, glacier/shackle grenade, facet of protection, dawn, balance, courage, blessing
Either use the normal synthoceps exotic (increased melee and super damage and weapon handling when near 3 or more enemies)
Or the class item version (aka am exotic class item with spirit of synthoceps, only gives the melee damage buff) with spirit of inmost light (only gives the faster ability regeneration)
Facet of protection is for extra damage reduction when close to enemies, dawn is for getting radiant (20% weapon damage buff that allows weapons to pierce shields and stun barrier champions) for 5 seconds everytime you hit something with a melee
Facet of balance is to get small chunks of melee energy everytime you get rapid solar/arc/void kills, which consecration does
ah okay I’ll check this when I’m home ! But I don’t have a exotic class though
I was using this build give me a sec
Courage increases light (void/arc/solar) ability damage on enemies afflicted by a stasis/strand debuff
That's fine, normal synthoceps works just fine, you just have to be a bit more mindful of your cooldowns
I’m guessing you can’t send pic here
Ah okay
You can compensate using armor mods that give ability energy under specific circumstances or weapons with perks such as pugilist or rolling storm (kills with rolling storm weapons grant 1 stack of bolt charge, each stack gives 2.5% melee energy)
Yup
I just get confused what weapon is to used even though I’m using a melee build thing
I’ll send u pic in dm
I find playing around with different ideas to make builds possible a helpful exercise. Minus meta loadout there's so many builds ppl aren't using since there's alot more available to us. With edge of fate coming builds are gonna get crazier. Feel free to add me for other questions.
tysmm for advice!!
