Recently taken up the game again, on Act 1 of heresy and on the walking path of the resolve part (step 10) I’ve tried to look it up and see how to do it. The tome of want I need to obtain from the Rune is not there. Any suggestions what I can do?

just want to make sure that you're rank three on the shaping slab? that is the level where you are allowed to pick up the tome of want from the reward track

Progress the seasonal story up to act 2, once you get to act 2 load up the nether till you spawn in the hall of souls, go to where you spawn in king's fall and grab the worm
