How do I get the lost in light quest

I am replaying final shape on another character, and I need an aspect from the lost in the light quest. But I don’t know where to find it, I talked to my ghost, checked the missions you get after beating it, and I can’t find it. How can I get the quest?

For some clarification I already beat final shape on the other character but I never had to option to do the quest
