So, I am not sure if it's just me, or if this is bugged out for me, but despite having done all the dossier/writ missions, and found the 2 others coalescence of the knife in the Nether (one in the Hull Breach, and the other in The Founts), I still cannot open the portal.

If anyone used to have the same issue, and knows what to do to make it work, please let me know.
