there is 5 in the raid from the puzzle before 1st encounter with all the symbols

#

and there is 5 more in the preservation if you interact with the little pedestals post mission complete

I do the 5 in the mission, but the last five not accept the combination in solo in the raid, this is a bug or i must do the combination with other 5 guardian???
