Whats the best way to get shaping slab reputation?

for me, what i felt quickest was, do nether runs as fast as you can. any the back orbs that spawn from ads pick them up as they each give xp

#

also grab the resources that spawn which i believe each area has 2 so you get metastasized essentia after each boss kill every 10 you can turn in for xp as well
