#Cross Save Problem

But, this Steam account got stolen, 2 years ago and i have a new Steam account with a bunch of games as my new main Steam account. Because i cant play Destiny 2 on Steam anymore, i switched to Epic Games.
But now i have access to my old steam account again and i wondered if its possible to disable cross save and re-enable it to link new accounts to it so this way i could remove my old steam account and link my new account..
And if thats possible, how does ist work?
Cross Save Problem
Can i still access my Destiny 2 characters with my epic account, even if they were created on xbox? (Because i dont have an xbox anymore) Or how does this work in detail?
Link your epic account to bungie account, open destiny 2 on epic, profit.
You can no longer unlink /relink accounts
If you disable cross play you'll be cooked.
If the old steam account is the one linked to bungie, that's the account you'll need to use to play it through steam. There's no changing it.
From what it sounds like your xbox account is the main one with most of the playtime. By that logic it shouldn't matter if you remove your old-linked steam account and connect it with a newer one
As long as u have nothing purchased on that steam account (DLCs and whatever else) you shouldn't lose anything
i bought the dlcs on xbos, then later on steam and on epic, its hell of anoying, if i cant unlink that account, i got to stay on epic
but thx anyways guys
You bought DLCs on 3 different platforms 😭 throwing money out of the window fr
yeah they milking you
