The drop rate is based on odds either way. And you know it's farm able if you keep getting new weapon/armor drops
Also by looking at it if it is the featured dungeon (the golden node next to it when you try to launch it)

Golden node's there only to tell you it's gonna drop a powerful/pinnacle cuz you haven't cleared it yet, look for the dungeon icon next to the edz to see if it's featured
