It seems to be a seasonal weapon, but I don't have any pass besides heresy and defiance, so I don't know if its still possible to farm it in a decent amount of time. If not, does anyone know when iron banner comes back, would also like tinasha's mastery.

yes because the ikelos weapons were added as world drops after season of the seraph got all of it's content removed from the game (except the exotic mission)
