If 1900 power delete, delete duplicates, every gun you've been keeping for when it'll "be good" but never used - delete. Delete exotic weapons you barely use, you can pull them from collections.
For armour, use D2 armour picker to get the stats you want for exotic builds and then delete the excess armour that isn't used for any of them.
I mean, if it's 1900 you're obviously neglecting it.
