Can I still get the stronghold gauntlets if I don't have them and if I can how do I do that?

Focus at Rahool, you need an exotic cipher and exotic engram. I think Rahool needs to be reset once before you can focus unowned exotics.

strongholds are still part of the super old exotics though so im 99% sure they can just pop out of any exotic engram

It's been so long I forgot some exotics unlock as world drops, used to being made to grind for them.
