1st encounter resistance tether, 2nd n/a, 3rd ammo gen after picking up boss spit, 4th enhanced relay. Preferably all the enhanced versions of the mods.

3rd doesn't really matter either as you'll brainlessly one phase with Queensbreaker or lord of wolves and you don't need more ammo.
