I only have the Final Shape expansion. If I upgrade to the annual pass, can I get the quest for it, or do I have to wait for it to come in rotation?

if you get the annual pass you will get all this years seasons, with which you will also be able to get to the slayer fang quest, but youll have to play through revenants story
