I'm trying to get my ice breaker catalyst and I can't get past step 6 of rogue network. (the 4th message specifically) Every time I do the first encounter the numbers never spawn in the heart room.

I'm trying to get my ice breaker catalyst and I can't get past step 6 of rogue network. (the 4th message specifically) Every time I do the first encounter the numbers never spawn in the heart room.
I've tried soloing it, and doing it with people at previous and further steps and nothing I do gets them to spawn.
