Do all legendary lost sectors drop the dlc exotic armor pieces?

Im trying to get some exotics for my titan, but the lost sector gave me an exotic engram, not an exotic armor piece. The vex incursion zone did work, but i have to wait for one to happen.

Sectors don't give exotic armor pieces anymore

They only give engrams

If you want new armor either wait for vex incursions or focus at rahool (any exotic that came out during the TFS year is only available at rahool, the rest are obtainable from both)

if you reset your rank at rahool (by deciphering engrams ((focusing specific exotic pieces gives the most progress))) you get access to another focusing page where you can then unlock the new stuff

So i have to reset him twice? I reset him once, and i can decipher from each dlc, yet for the new ones i have to have unlocked all three

are you on the very last decryption page, past where you can decrypt the specific exotics?

its called novel decryption, if that doesnt work then you probably need to reset rank again
