Can i get dlc exotics through exotic engrams?

I recently came back to d2, dlcs and all, but cant seem to get any armor exotics besides the vanilla d2 ones through exotic engrams. Is is just luck? (For example: no backup plans, precious scars, all those)

You can use engrams and focus them at rahool. Once you reset his rank you can focus for any exotic of your choice (alr aquired or not)

And the "new" exotics are obtained in lost sectors, or vex incursion zones. You can alos do grandmasters or Nightfalls, but they're inefficient in that regard
