#Evidence Board issue

Someone I'm on a server with is having an issue with the evidence board. They don't have anything available, nor do they have the Osmic Fragment. Are they missing something? I haven't done the Evidence Board in a while, so my mind is fuzzy on what you have to do to start it

Nvm it got solved
