I want to get the strand aspects locked behind quests but I can’t access them

I want to use warlock strand aspects like the wanderer but for some reason when I talk to nimbus I can’t get them. I already completed the campaign and it’s really confusing because I don’t know why they aren’t even showing up

Have you meditated at the pouka pond? That's where you unlock most aspects and fragments

Already did that. I just can’t get the quests to unlock the aspects for some reason

And I already checked out the hero memorial
