Hey, I'm missing two prismatic fragments (awakening and generosity), and I can't seem to be able to get any more memories of darkness or light. I don't have any of either of them currently in my postmaster or inventory. I'm not really sure what to do

I’ve had this issue plus dominance since final shape came out. Bungie told me to delete my character and rerun the campaign

for light fragments you need to run a cyst tied to your micah 10 quest.

Alone in the dark quest -> clear cyst & gain memory fragment -> quest marker with ‘memories of …’ will appear -> locate the chest and grab the fragment -> rise & repeat 3 times to get all 3 fragments
The memory you get determines which fragment you will receive first, no way around that I know of. Also check if you already have a ‘memories of …’ quest marker on the map
