i did wait! it suppose when i finish the overthrown i get a massage that the keeper is near but i dont get the massage! i heard that if you do it solo it wont respawn is that true?
since you finish the overthrown step does the keeper respawn if you where in the area? without doing the overthrown?

the message notification that the keeper is near is exactly the popup you need to look for it. being solo doesnt affect that spawn in any way

You need to finish the final tier of overthrow for it to spawn again. If you leave the area without killing it will despawn
