im going thorugh this right now i had to buy the anual pass to own last season and play through al of act 1 and 2

now i am able to unlock the gun

if you don't have annual pass then you can't get it, i assume they'll put it on exotic mission rotator as soon as frontiers rolls around

progress the echoes quests up to act 3, step 2 is to finish encore

should be able to get act 1 from a mission on nessus, act 2 from ikora, and act 3 from either ikora or helm
