Finished it and I had it on board before I needed last weekly to unlock it on hunter but now there isn't weekly mission on board just the exotic glaive one
I have it on rank 17 and further upgrades doesn't seem to have anything to do with it but I will try to max him out
Also I saw the same problem on Reddit before maybe it's a bug?

Now I need to wait for tarnation and the auto rifle to be in rotation
