Can't buy Rose from Shaxx despite having finished the placement Series in Comp, any workaround?

If it's the first time you've done comp placements there's a bug where it gives you rose instead of redricks.

The game might be convinced rose is the current weapon and can't be bought only obtained through playing.

I did my placements and could buy any of the guns.
