currently trying to solo the new dungeon but got stuck on the first encounter, I have both symbols I need lit up but neither are apearing on the wheel, (I can hop into vc or try to get photos to show the issue) any help would be appreciated

i've been through a guide and beleive I am doing it right but the symbols aren't getting put in, i.e Guardian kills witness, have both beams setup but neither get slotted in, no trust or lie varaition the light shines onto the symbol and nothing happens
