Basically; can someone give me a tldr of how the rotator works? I'm confused about what exactly is farmable, where, and when. Does it work the same for raids and dungeons, or are they different?

Each week 2 different raids and dungeons are farmable. One of each (the newest ones) are farmable for legendary loot but not their respective exotics
The other ones (raid and dungeon) rotate between all of the raids/dungeons every week and are farmable for the exotic and the legendary loot
