Withering GAze Repulsor, or
Destabilizing Repulsor

Got these 3 rolls and dont know which is best

OFA destabilizing is not really that useful bc you dont proc OFA off of destab

#

withering gaze itself is not really a good perk for hcs. wouldnt keep that roll

#

destab repulsor is your only synergetic perk combo
