Why is it not dropping
#Cleared new dungeon 43 times and still no exotic

well here is the first problem, you only get 1 chance of drop per char per week
so repeating dungeon on a char will never see it drop
We did learn that drop rate is bugged so its not dropping at rate expected which a fix is expected in next day or so
