#Cysts Pale Heart

I can only access One Cyst in the Pale Heart, that is the Sword Dance. I checked a video saying the birds in the entrance can change the cysts but the birds not there for me. Please help I cant unlock my fragments lol

there is a quest you pick up in lower area of pale heart tower that unlocks them.
