#Do seasonal exotics like the Slayer's Fang move to the exotic archive after the episode is over?

I want to be able to get the Slayer's Fang but I don't have the season bought and I'm wondering if I'll be able to get it from the exotic archive after the episode is over or will I still have to buy it and do the quest?

you'll have to wait till the exotic mission ends up in the weekly rotator with the release of the new expansion

and then you'll have to wait for the mission to be the weekly featured

that's how they did it for revision zero, vexcalibur and wishkeeper

the mission stays until next expansion tho, so itll still be there next episode

so until next expansion youll have to buy the season/annual pass once this season is over

and when it goes ro the rotator you need to own the final shape to play the mission
