for high stat armor. it kind of rng. You can get it from many content. Dungeon , Raid or seasonal Try to see overall stat from each armor. it should be atleast 65+ . also make sure it actually spike in 2 stat. Like 20+ on Resilence or 20+ on dicipline
for grind i think as of now the best way still focus your Echo engram on Helm (also make sure you use Mod on your ghost too) it usually gonna give you 62+ armor. +

Eh 65+ is kind of bait imo a perfet 63 is better than a 65 with even just 3 in a stat you dont want so
I mostly just bought most of mine from the seasonal vendors they give crazy armor and you passivly get the engrams

oh maybe you need to do some activity of it to get the armor from that acitivity first to focus
