I tried pressing the switches in options it wont work

I did activate parental controls, still doesnt work

And bunshit doesnt have an email helpline thing to help me, AND i cant type in the forums because my "account doesnt meet standards"

also you said you activated parental control. did you doublecheck to disable it again?

and check if your account details on bungie.net dont list you as younger than 18, it might also restrict text chat

Only time I've had this issue is when I forgot to turn my VPN off and all chats are disabled.
