looks like might be daily resets for quests so likely intended

it's completing quests not spending tokens. in the text it says xur will bring more on the weekend

you need to do 5. there aren't 5 quests yet. there should be a 5th quest on friday

Even if u get those extra tokens/do the cheese, ur still time gated for some reason even though if u had done 4 more completions it should count
