The major fieldworks give you tonic ingredients and upgrades like increased rep or ingredients for dismantling weapons.

Minor fieldwork is just tonic ingredients I think

Key field work is tonic ingredients. A lore book for act 1. A ghost shell for act 3. Don’t see anything on act 2. At least from what I can tell looking on dim since I already did them
