#Ice Breaker Catalyst Help

I unlocked all the rooms, did the puzzle and the catalyst dropped for me BUT it is no where to be found? What's going on? did anyone else have this issue?

the one with the giant room or where you shoot the ice crystals?

the one in the room with shooting the panels just completes it even if you don't have it yet. shooting the ice crystals actually gives it from the chest
