ive done all the hall of heroes quests and the parting with the veil quest and it still wont apper do i need to reset my rank at nimbus to get it ?

that's the quest for winterbite, right? then no, you don't need to reset nimbus

i don't quite remember what you actually need to do tho after that xd

looking at older posts you should try going back in veil containment and play the audio log again

and then go back to nimbus

if that doesn't check the quest archive
