Can you get red borders from master raids or do those only drop adept weapons?

the adept is a guaranteed drop from challenge, red border can drop as an rng drop from the base encounter loot
on normal the extra weapon you get from doing challenge should have a chance of being a red border

adept weapons can't be red borders since you can enhance them and "turn" them into a "crafted" weapon
adept weapons can drop with multiple perks per column and can be enhanced (so you spend extra materials on them and give them enhanced perks)
raid adepts in particular when enhanced can have their 1st and 2nd column and masterwork changed like any crafted weapon
other adepts can't be modified like raid adepts
