Long story short I completed the rogue network quest and associated triumphs for the ice breaker catalyst before I actually had icebreaker drop and now I can't open the second chest in vespers host.
Does anyone know of a fix or work around?

there's a bot that I think has a checkpoint open for the catalyst chest, try joining that on a character that hasn't opened the chest that week
