Hi been trying to focus some engrams but it just keeps giving gear under 50 when it comes to stat I want to know what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it, thank you.

I do and after spending 30 none of them was 60 or more it was all 50

You mean have echoes? Or do I really need the annual pass to get the mission to decode?

i started with the game recently and the only way to focus decode was getting the pass for me 
but yeah if you've played for longer then you may have it already

Oh yeah I got it just confused because I decoded engrams early and used to get 60 stats more often and I'm hoping I'm not missing anything
