what perks are good for the heavy gls

or what grenade launchers should I try to get/grind for

Bait n switch is the main dps perk for heavy gl’s but explosive light and surrounded can suffice

Chill inhibitor, bitter/sweet, edge transit, and wicked sister are all good gl’s with good perks

Pair bait n switch with envious arsenal or envious assassin

banshee is currently selling a godroll chill inhibitor, you can claim it if you've done a full run of the vesper's host dungeon

generally you want to look for grenade launchers with bait and switch and some form of overflow/auto reload type perk

like edge transit with envious assassin or the 3 most recent GLs with envious arsenal+bait and switch

Envious arsenal is def one of the best perks in the game right now. Being able to reload a gun simply by dealing damage with both of your other guns
