Maybe I’m just missing something, but I’m pretty in tune with most of the inner workings of the game and have a good portion of the D2 Data Compendium practically memorized at this point. As far as I’m aware, gunpowder gamble has always had a 6 second lockout after activation.

Sometimes, though, I’m able to throw multiple in a row and I’m not exactly sure why. I recently posted a video of me throwing 4 back to back. If anyone knows how, please let me know as I’d love to get this info into the compendium.

There is supposed to be a 6 second lockout where you can’t get another and no kills count towards your next one, but apparently there is some way around that.

In my video, it looked like the gamble kills themselves were counting as ability kills (expected) but completely bypassed the lockout (unexpected) so getting 2 kills with gamble fully refreshed it. But I’m 99% sure that isn’t how it’s supposed to work

cheese forever has an old video on it. if you throw it as soon as you get it, there's no cooldown
