There's like a ton of guns with that perk combo now and scouts are arguably the worst gun archetype for that

If im using an energy primary for some reason, its always zaouli. Nullify also has some good perks if you wanna use that.
Id avoid smgs they are just sidearms but worse

Honestly i agree. I dont think its spectacular but it 1 shots most ads and its better than alternative options
