I know you couldve used the helm with seasonal vendors, but i hvent played since lightfall, and the helm is gone. i dont know the current seasonal vendor, or if that will even work

VH is Vesper's Host, the new dungeon. Anyways the seasonal method is the best for high stat armor without artifice mods on it (artifice mods are an extra slot for bonus stats a.k.a. +3).
Another decent method is final boss of Pit of Heresy. If going for artifice armor for the extra stats, Vesper's Host 1st encounter or Grasp of Avarice final encounter on master.

I find Grasp master easier personally, but it's just personal preference.

Helm is in the corner of the Lost City. Also, new vendor is on Last City. Go there and spend on tonics to unlock focusing for specific armor using tonics.

Explaining tonics would take too long and not enough characters, so I would recommend watching Aztecross guide on tonics (very simple).
