sure maybe it doesnt help you but ur basically asking the impossible please realize no one is gonna take time out of their day to watch you play the game and coach you for free.

If you want to actually improve its like every other game... you play the game more to improve aim/game sense and also learn the meta. That is what will make u a better player.

Chances are you if you are asking this question here you probably arent as "good" as you thought you were and have a lot to improve on as a player.

Just watching good players on yt/twitch can also be another good way to improve if you are actually learning fromt their gameplay
