Guys from Xbox hoy can I join someone's fire team? I search it in-game or in the app and always ask me to request friend.

It says /join command unknown

There is no option to join fire team. Only to invite as friend !

Of course I was on D2. In the chat where I can chat with clan or fireteam

You can change your region with the /region command. Must be performed in one of the text channels.
