Heya, taking someone through the Dual Destiny pre-reqs and we're doing Overthrows but no Secret Keepers are spawning. Player has beat the campaign, done the Still Hunt quest (but not Microcosm), and otherwise should be able to get them to spawn. Anyone know any hidden requirements I might be missing?

to be clear, I have done this process already and helping someone else go through it. Yes we're completing up to lvl 4 overthrows in each area

Have you stood there for the entire time of the enemies being away? They sometimes spawn really late
Also make sure ur not in his fireteam as it maybe tracks ur progress so it won't spawn his guardians

you need to have completed an overthrow in each zone before secret keepers can spawn, iirc one can spawn on the same one where you complete the final one you needed to clear this requirement
