i got the things for the prismatic fragments and i know oyu get 5 and it changes but mine hasnt. how do i fix this

theres a blue one and a red one. i did the blue one but i cant find anymore chests anywhere. i have 5 of the red one. shouldnt it change into a single legendary version?
